At **Granny’s Sweet Eats**, we take pride in crafting custom, freshly made bakery items tailored to each customer’s order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, **we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds** once an order has been prepared or delivered.  

**Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup** to ensure it meets your expectations. If there are any issues with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damage, or quality concern), you must notify us **immediately** at the time of delivery/pickup. We will gladly address any errors made on our part.  

**No refunds or replacements will be provided for:**  

- Orders not reported at the time of delivery/pickup.  

- Changes in personal taste or preference.  

- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
